About Ocean Soaps

We are a cottage business located on a small farm in Chesapeake, Virginia that was established in 1998.

We started making soap out of a personal need for a gentle and moisturizing soap. We have spent endless hours researching, creating and testing recipes on family and our soap loving friends. After giving our soap away for a year, we decided to share our soap by selling it in local shops and craft shows. It is a pleasure to be able to share our wonderful soaps with you. We offer skin moisturizing soap that is free of harsh chemicals and additives. Most store bought soaps are stripped of their skin softening glycerin.

Our cold process soaps contain natural glycerin and skin moisturizing qualities. You will love the way your skin feels after using our products. Not only are our soaps appealing to the eye, they are a nice hard bar of soap that will last longer than most store bought soaps. Our soaps smell great right down to the last little sliver!
