Terms & Conditions of Sale

Payments

The methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, Money Order or Check.

MasterCard and Visa credit card information may be entered on our secure shopping cart. You may call in your credit card information to 757-421-0377. Check and money order payments must be mailed immediately after your order has been placed. Your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared the bank. Please allow at least 14 days for the funds to clear. Virginia residents will be charged 5% sales tax.

There will be a $30.00 service charge for any returned check.

Orders

You may submit your order by using our secure shopping cart , email, US mail or call your order in to 757-421-0377.

Shipping

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping and FREE shipping for all orders over $75.00 to the 48 US states. Alaska and Hawaii may incur a higher shipping fee than shown on the shopping cart. We will notify you prior to processing your order.

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and shipped (excluding weekends & holidays.) If for any reason there is a delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone. Our soaps must cure for at least 4-6 weeks, therefore there may be times when we may be waiting for a batch of soap to cure. FREE shipping on orders over $75.00.

Please make sure the address you provide to us is accurate, to avoid a re-delivery charge of $30.00.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returned merchandise is not accepted. All sales are final. Any orders that were damaged during shipment must be reported within 5 days of delivery. All orders are individually inspected and hand packed to ensure the quality of your order.

Wholesale

We welcome inquires from companies wishing to purchase products for re-sale. You will be required to submit the name of your business and a tax ID.

International Orders

Please contact us prior to placing an order.

Legal Statement

Our products are to be use for external use only. Please do not consume internally and avoid contact with your eyes. Keep out of the reach of young children. Allergies are always a risk and may develop unexpectedly. If you experience a rash or irritation, please discontinue use. Always use caution when in the tub or shower.

Ocean Soaps Etc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages of any kind. We do not make any medical claims that would replace the medical advise from a doctor, nurse or other medical professional.

Pricing

Prices are effective as of January 31, 2007 and are subject to change without notice. There is no minimum order.
